Congratulations to Dr. CARMENCITA "Chit" NORIEGA-REODICA, HS'55, who was chosen by the UP College of Public Administration as the MOST OUTSTANDING ALUMNAE FOR 2011. DR. CHIT holds the distinction of being the first woman Secretary of Health and has spent more than 40 years as a public health worker. She is a TERESA'S LIGHT AWARDEE FOR National Development, for her leadership in bringing health care closer to those in most need. She is presently a board member of the STCQCAA.
